It has successfully completed projects of replacement of old designed coal hopper cone with modified S.S. cone , replacement of flue gas duct and fans' suction silencer.

We under take the work of erection of SS screen of various location as per CAVT results in second pass of HP boiler. Erection of newly designed duct to reduce the pressure drop, Erection of new designed honey comb and diverter plates in ESP inlet duct in schedule time with good quality of workmanship is our specialty.

We take erection of non metallic expansion joint in place of old metallic expansion joint along with the flue gas / air path from economizer outlet to chimney inlet, fan to air heater, air heater to wind box, air heater to coal mill at any higher elevation in high capacity thermal power plant.

To improve the boiler efficiency air heater seals plays important role. We designed, manufactured and install flexible, radial and bypass seals and achieved nearest designed parameter at APH outlet.

To isolate air and flue gas in the duct isolating flap gates with twin seals arrangement are provided. We at Mech-Well Industries Ltd designed, manufactured and install these with 99% efficiency.

At thermal power plant ash holding plant operation and maintenance work is being successfully handled through AMC to control chimney emission.
